The service was BEYOND what I expected or hv experienced at any other dealer (and I travel the country in my dodge ram promaster/winnebago Travato) while my service appointment was a simple one -oil change … the representative helping not only advised me of recall (which I knew —but hv been waiting for mfr available parts —and I had replaced the system before the recall even occurred —they printed out the info for refund and recall specific to my situation. What I like about Wareing is the technicians will check over anything you ask and if the part isn't needed, they tell me and say. " it can wait another 20,000 miles. They service what you ask and complete the task in a timely fashion. The snacks in their waiting room are goo too.
I visited this dealership recently to look into some vehicle maintenance and check out their inventory. The staff was generally professional and tried to be helpful, and I did appreciate that they had a nice, clean waiting area with some snacks while I hung around. However, the overall process felt a little sluggish, and communication regarding my service status could have been a bit clearer and more proactive. My husband and I purchased a 2026 Dodge Rebel 2500 in Arizona, and unfortunately, the day after the purchase, the check engine light came on. The dealership in Arizona was unable to locate the necessary part, and long story short, we ended up driving from Arizona to Rapid City to visit family, with the check engine light on.

After contacting 2 other dealers to replace a headlight, warning service showed more confidence in its ability to replace it. Just bring the car in and in 1/2 hour i was out the door. Price was very reasonable. Others would not commit to a price before hand

Fixed what other dealership said didn't need to be fixed (hybrid wouldn't start when cold outside). Didn't give the you're-just-a-woman-so-you-wouldn't-know vibe. Very helpful and courteous. Even had the car washed and fully charged when I picked it up(unlike Liberty).

Excellent service and communication.
The staff in the service department is always polite, efficient and professional. I like that they checked different things and then called and explained their findings and ask if I want this or that done or not. I also like that they wash the vehicle and give it a quick interior cleaning also.
Since Scott Peterson Motors changed hands to Wereing Motors, service department has lost all their best techs. All my friends tell me service quality has gone to crap and I'm inclined to agree.

I had a very pleasant experience. I got the answers I needed and got my car fixed in a timely matter. Not too bad of a price to get it fixed. Employees are nice and helpful. They also washed my car afterwards.
The crew accommodated my walk in need to have a stuck bolt removed so I could DIY a new seatbelt install. To my surprise they unstuck the bolt AND installed the replacement seatbelt for me in minutes. Friendly staff- Shaina and Brian went out of their way to help me so I could get to an appointment on time.

Just bought a new Ford F-150 at Wareing and the experience was very easy. We worked with Curt Olson and he was great. They had a good dealer discount on the truck and they gave me a very fair price on my trade in. No back and forth to the sales managers desk because they met my predetermined price I wanted to pay right up front. The paperwork and financing went smoothly. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I’m in Pueblo, CO and my vehicle is starting to use a little antifreeze and the heat is fluctuating. Just spent $877 to have this problem fixed. It was at Waring on Tuesday. Will be seeing you when I get back

As always, Brian is busy and customer service friendly. Truck was done on time with a few extras added that I forget about sometimes. Always professional. Highly recommend. The vehicle wash after and floor mats power washed is a huge plus. No one does any extras any more, but they do. Free snacks, coffee and soda while you wait for your baby to get serviced isn't a bad thing either!

This dealership works with people that are traveling. Rapid City McKee Ford is the worst possible example of a dealership. I was there during the Sturgis rally and they said the first appointment to get me in would be at the end of August 4 weeks after I got there
Stopped in and bought a pickup on a whim and had a nice quick experience with everyone that was working that day. I appreciated the hospitality for my family while they waited on me and Chris getting the truck cleaned up.
