I had my Ford Escape serviced at Waring Motors in Belle Fourche and I found this to be a very nice experience. They serviced my vehicle and washed it. They didn't try to sell me more things I didn't need. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation
The staff that made my appointment and then took care of me on my appointment day, were the best. They called later to tell me of worn wiper blades and they were right. Warning: Avoid this dealership at all costs! My brother’s truck broke down during a cross-country trip, and they replaced the engine. Less than 1,000 miles later, it threw an error code and needed an ignition coil. After limping to another dealership, we discovered the wiring was incorrectly installed, causing the coil to short out. This place refused to help or admit fault—either they ignored the wiring issues or botched the engine install themselves. Bryan and Brian got my vehicle in and repaired right away. I recommend the service department. I tried to get a loaner and they didn’t have one available and sent me Jim, the general manager, and he made no effort to get me a vehicle and seemed irritated that he was asked. I definitely will think twice before purchasing a vehicle there.

Needed a fuel filter replaced before I went on a long road trip it was at 1% and I didn't catch it. They worked me in and got it changed quickly.
Brian and the guys at the service department went above and beyond! i didnt even have an appt! i left my vehicle and they were able to get my Chrysler 300 in same day to change the oil and inspect it! i will be coming here from now on to get service. they even washed it for me

Brought in our 2016 Dodge Caravan for a sliding door lock issue not working. Brian the service manager was great in getting the appointment set up. Rylan my service advisor is friendly and polite. He kept me up to date on the repair. Kevin the mechanic who did the repair performed excellent work! The repair was done very quickly and fixed on the first visit, top notch service. Thank you all !

Brian, Service manager and his staff did everything to make sure my Promaster got repaired despite their very busy schedule so I can resume my drive back to Alaska before the roads becomes very challenging. I blew out a transmission on my drive back home and the dealership did everything to accommodate me. Much appreciated
I always get the oil changed on my Ram ProMaster here. They wash your vehicle for free, including cleanup on the inside—dash, floor. It sparkled! Bryan is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

They have always taken great care of our vehicles here. We have a Dodge/Ram dealership minutes from our home, but I make the drive to Belle because Bryan and the team have gone out of their way for us more than once.

Was in for 100k service with a drop off at 1200. Received a call saying my truck was headed for wash at 330. After 4 I called and was told they were still working on it but did not know how much longer. At 10 minutes after 5 called and was told they would have to keep it overnight. I'm from out of town and first time I was told anything. Eventually I was given a courtesy vehicle and told truck should be ready by noon the following day. Had a great experience with Brian the service manager. I am driving my 2019 F250 to Alaska from New Hampshire. Went by dealership at 6:30 am overhead doors open & Brian was moving trucks around. I asked if I could get a works package. Brian said no problem the mechanics get there at 7:30 am so he pulled my truck in the bay. Right at 7:30 the mechanic started on my truck. Spoke with Brian in service several days prior to my appointment about an AC issue I was having in my F450. He was able to fit me in and the team did a full assessment checking for leaks and assured me there were none. One of the techs did find that during a previous service, our cabin air filter was placed in upside down. Our truck broke down on day 2 of 10 on our family trip from WI. Brian was able to get us in and fixed the following day during one of the busiest weeks in the area (Sturgis). We are forever grateful! All staff was very friendly and accommodating to our situation!

The process was easy to make appointment online. We were from out of town- they came recommended by my brothers family. They put my kids and I in a comfy waiting room and gave us drinks and snacks while we waited. They even washed the van as part of the oil change service!

Very nice at first, I told them my window on the passenger side has a lot of wind coming threw. He told me his manager couldn't hear anything. Call and he would have the shop look at it. I called I could hear in his voice he was not wanting to hear from me. I'm going to take it to the body shop to get it fixed. I hate bad attitudes. One of the best I have ever dealt with. I had an intermittent problem that was almost impossible to troubleshoot. These guys stayed on it and found the issue on my jeep cherokee. Great experience I would recommend them automatically.
Chris Sims was wonderful. He helped me with taking picture and taking videos of the entire process. He made sure my truck was loaded safely on trailer and took videos so I could see as it happened.
